1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ho77 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ho77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your ho77 account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status; these are displayed in the cashier section of your account. ho77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, subject to technical availability.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. ho77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.

11. Limitation of Liability

ho77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to pass identity verification; evidence of bonus abuse; regulatory or legal requirements; or where ho77 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Upon termination of an account for cause, ho77 may withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, ho77 may forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the ho77 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets placed before the closure request will be settled normally.
